Andre Ayew's Fenerbache Trashed At Home 1:3 by MKE Ankaragucu

Andre Ayew's Fenerbache were trashed 1:3 by MKE Ankaragucu in the Turkish Super League on Sunday.

The Ghana international played 90 minutes in the defeat to Ankaragucu.

The away team took the lead through Ricardo Faty in the 35th minute. The goal was assisted by Kanatsizkus.

The first department of the game ended 1:0 in favor of the away team who looked more dangerous in front of goal.

The second half began with some beautiful performance from the home team Fenerbache but could not find the back of the net.

However, their hope of finding the equalizer was cut short as MKE Ankaragucu doubled their lead through Erdem Ozgenc from the spot to give the away team a 2:0 lead.

Moments later, the away team puts the game to bed as they find the back of the net the third time in the game. The third goal was scored by Mostapha El Kabir assisted by Thievy Bifouma.

When all hopes seemed to be lost, Michael Frey from nowhere pulled one back for Fenerbache. The deficit was reduced however but could not prevent the away team from running away with the maximum 3 points.

Fenerbache have won just 2 matches in the current season, drawn 3 and lost 5 matches.

As a result of poor run of form Fenerbache has dropped to the 15th on the Turkish league table after 10 matches into the season.

They will travel to face Galatasaray next week in their super league after which they will also journey to Belgium to face Anderlecht in the Europa league. Fenerbache has drawn 2:2 with Anderlecht this week in the Europa league.
