UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: LIVERPOOL BEAT PSG 3:2.

The 2018/2019 UEFA champions league began with some glimpse moments as Liverpool beat Paris Saint Germain by three goals to two to win their first group match.

Liverpool took the lead through Daniel Sturridge and James Milner got the second through a penalty when Sturridge was brought down inside the penalty area.

Paris were back into the game when Thomas Meunier got the first goal for PSG whiles the wonder boy Kylian Mbappe got the leveller to send the game open.

It took Roberto Firmino who came on to replace Sturridge got the winner for Liverpool through a Shaqiri corner kick.

The result means Liverpool moved to the top of the table group C table with three points, Red Star Belgrade and Napoli on one point each whiles Paris Saint Germain are in the bottom with no points.
